Anthropologie Knock Off - Free Alphabet Banner Printable

06/01/2016 by [email protected] 57 Comments

AnthroWeekCompositeAquaBigger-(2)

Welcome to DAY 6 of the Anthropologie knock off challenge, it is our last day of the challenge and I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shared our projects and commented. It means so much to me!  Every day this week we have shared a project inspired by Anthropologie. I saved my favorite project for last….. I am sharing my Free CHEERS Printable Banner!! Below you will also find fabulous knock off designs from my fellow bloggers, check them out….. simply click the picture to visit their post.

** Exciting News! I’m launching a Home Decor brand named REBEL VILLA on Amazon. I would love for you to receive our products in exchange for honest Amazon Reviews. If you are interested sign up below or visit us at REBELVILLA.COM

If you are interested in purchasing the original Anthropologie banner they no longer sell it so you have to get it from amazon here

A few other options are here

Gold Tinsel Backdrop with White Letter - This is super flashy and fun!

Minimal Modern Black Letter Banner - This is super simple and gorgeous

Black Flag Banner with White Alphabet -  Another simple one but works with all party themes

Well…. I just could not make it through this challenge without at least ONE PRINTABLE!  I love to make printables so I looked on anthropologie and found this adorable Cheers banner. Looking into the description I found out that all the letters of the alphabet are available which is great…. so of course that is exactly what I did as well!

I originally designed these to be circles same as the anthropologie version but I soon realized how hard it is to cut nice circles for the banner. So I scrapped that idea and decided to do a basic banner shape that is EASY to cut. Your welcome, lol 🙂

Step 1 - Download  and print my free printable banner letters (all links to download are at the bottom of this post)

Step 2- Cut out the letters DIY Banner Letters Printable Anthropologie Knock Off - SohoSonnet Creative Living

Step 3- Hole punch the letters (or just tape the twine to the banner letters if you do not have a hole punch.)

Step 4- Weave rope, string or twine through the holes and hang!

I was lucky enough to get to watch my friend Dena’s little girl while I made this banner. She was loving the paper strips and scraps left over from the banner. She was waving them around like a wand and singing LET IT GO from Frozen. Soooooo stinkin cute.

I hope you enjoy this banner as much as I do, you can use these letters to make ANY banner you want! Let me know if you have any questions about the download, simply email me at sohosonnet (at) gmail (dot) com.

These are amazing, thank you! I might be missing something really obvious, but I only recently started getting into photoshop and I just got a color printer. 🙂 What is the best way to get just the letters I want on a page, like you did in the CHEERS picture? So I’m not using my ink to print 4 of 1 letter on a page?

    Thank you!

      Hi Marissa,

I originally had ABCD etc on each page but then would’ve had to make all letters one color so I decided to create the files this way. I figured if you have extra letters printed you can use them for other banners later. If you want to only print the letters for one banner then you can use photoshop or any editing program. Just open the file “CROP” the picture just around the letter you want. Copy and paste your cropped image into a new blank letter size file in photoshop. Do that for all the letter you want sizing them how you want then print using photoshop.

You can always “screen shot” the letters you want to do and then print this individually but you lose the clarity.

      Good Luck!!

Hi Sonnet! This banner is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Maybe its just me though, but the ‘A’ seems to be in italics unlike the rest of the letters. Is that just the font or is it accidentally italicized? It just seems to stand out when i put it next to the other letters… But still gorgeous nonetheless! 🙂
