Baked goods are a perfect Christmas gift for friends, family, co-workers and neighbors. They are not too expensive, you can do all of your baking in a day and everyone LOVES food. To make your holiday treats even better I suggest putting them in fabulous packaging and adding a special gift tag. I designed these Free Baked with Love Gift Tags to share with everyone and hope you can use them on your gifts this year! Being a horrible cook myself, I like to make crafts as gifts for people. I feel sorry for my friends that have had to take, pretend to like and actually use my gifts I have given them over the years. Patchwork hats (seriously so bad.. horrible), velveteen trimmed quilted backpacks (wish I had a picture of these tacky items) but they were always made with love and that fact was appreciated by my friends. For this reason I made sure to include a Free Made with Love Gift Tags version for us crafty ladies. So I hope you enjoy my free baked with love printable gift tags and if you live in San Diego feel free to drop some cookies off at my door, I like bread and any other baked goods as well, and wine, and beer and……. ok I love everything edible.
I also wanted to include some packaging ideas for you that I gathered from other blogs and websites. Check them out….
1. Basic Simple bag with ribbon and a tag. That is all you need! Check it out at Kneadtocook.com Egg Nog Bread
2. Wax paper wrapped around bread with twine. You can tie on my printable gift tag or print it on sticker paper and cut out for this idea. Visit Ohhappyday.com Bread Jam
3. I keep scraps of fabric including burlap and mesh for reasons like this! Such a great idea. It would be cute even if it were around wax paper or plastic bag. This was a personal upload on PINTEREST. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/278097345710967828/
4. This post is for cookie exchange but I think these brown paper bags with felt rosettes would be cute as gift wrap. If you want instructions on how to make a rosette flower see my YARN WREATH TUTORIAL . For the post on these awesome paper cookie bags visit abarefootday.blogspot.com cookie exchange bag
5. Upcycled Pringle Cans used for cookies. Such a cute idea! Just gift wrap the outside! Visit Twobearsfarm.com Upcycled pringle gift for the post.
6. Great way to use scraps of fabric, anything in Christmas colors would look great! Check out the pictures at Angelinasfreudentanz.blogspot.com
Alright all of you bakers, I hope you are able to use my baked with love free printable gift tags. Nom nom…
