April Pinterest Challenge {Win A Target Giftcard!}

Hello, my name is Sonnet and I am a Pinterest addict. I pin while I wait in line, I pin while I watch TV, I’m always pinning. Now.. the question is, do I actually make what I pin? Hmmmm… as a craft blogger I would like to say yes but that would be a lie. I don’t. I have tons of pins that I have always wanted to do but never made the time. So here it is… the APRIL Pinterest challenge!! This month I challenge YOU (and me) to make something inspired from Pinterest. It can be anything… from a recipe, a kids craft, home decor, holiday idea to a party idea, a wedding craft, an organization or cleaning project. The sky’s the limit!

BE CREATIVE!! You can copy the pin exactly OR think outside of the box and put your own spin on it!! Did you already make a project inspired by a pin? No problem, submit it!! I will be featuring all of the projects on my blog as I receive them and the winner will receive a $25 Target Gift Card, judged by a panel of amazing DIY and Craft bloggers.

The Rules

• Email a picture of your project along with the ORIGINAL PIN URL to [email protected]
• Include your first and last name in the email. If you are a blogger please include your blog name and URL as well.
• “Like” Sohosonnet Creative Living Facebook Page
• {Optional} Send extra pictures or added commentary about how your made your project. Funny pictures of pinterest FAILS are also welcome and appreciated 🙂

The Judges

This challenge cannot be judged by me (I mean.. cmon.. I am a little biased. I have facebook fans/friends that craft with me, cook for me and babysit my kid) So to be fair I asked some of my closest blogging friends to be judges… check these ladies out, they are amazing.

The Judging

The panel of fabulous bloggers will receive a PDF of all projects (no names or information will be shared) which they will rate individually from 1-10. After we find the top 5 scoring projects the judges will do a new vote on those to find the winner. I will have a finale blog post featuring the final 5 projects on May 3rd before the winner is announced on May 7th. All projects will be posted on my blog throughout April and May.

*By sharing a project with me you are giving me permission to share your project and your first name on my blog as well as social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. If you do not want your first name shared please let me know in your submission email.
