Well… I finally got a new job! On Monday I started at Stance as a Product Development Manager. If you haven’t heard of Stance you should check them out, they are the industry leaders as far as socks are concerned and have some really amazing product. Since I have my priorities straight, I knew what I need to do before starting work……… and no, it was not research. I jumped on my computer then onto my silhouette machine to create some funny office supplies to spruce up my new desk. Sorry if these offend you, it is just my sense of humor!
I bought a new notebook, a calendar and a little pencil holder at the greatest place on earth. TARGET. Everything including the gold file holders pictured below are from Target. I decided to update my notebooks a bit so I grabbed a sheet of gold vinyl from the garage (yes I stock pile vinyl in all colors. What?) and loaded it up in the machine. Ready to roll…

Funny Office Supplies using Silhouette - FILE DOWNLOAD
After cutting my file using the silhouette (settings were for 631 indoor vinyl) I used transfer tape to apply the funny office sayings to my notebooks and pencil holder
I first did the bottom arrows with my name. Then I did the main part of the notebook.
Pretty darn easy and turned out super cute! Hope everyone enjoys their memorial day weekend! I plan to relax and spend some quality time with my little Scarlett. This first week back at daycare (after 7months at home with me) plus full blown flu bug hitting our house has made for a REALLY hard adjustment on everyone. We are lucky it is memorial day weekend 🙂
