We were planning on getting Scarlett (1yr old) her own little Christmas tree this year but after seeing this awesome felt Christmas tree for toddlers on pinterest I am thinking about making it instead. Of course the first thing I did was look around my neighborhood to see if there were any construction cones that I could steal but came back empty handed…. so I guess I might have to do the legal thing and buy one on amazon for 15$. There are so many different things you can do with this tree idea. Different felt colors, various types of ornaments and trims. It is great because you can roll it up and easily store it until next year, moving the cone to your garage OR putting it back at the construction site you borrowed it from.
If you came to my site looking for the tutorial sorry to bum you out, I am just here to share the love of this idea to anyone reading my blog and direct you to the awesome FELT TREE TUTORIAL . I know I know, I hate when people do that too but hey you have the link now so go and make this tree! The tutorial is brought to you by Mother’s Niche, a really fabulous site that I just discovered. The authors Hillary and Kristina are incredibly good at what they do and have an insane amount of posts on life, crafts, mommyhood and more.
